Abstract
Питання цілеспрямованого формування комунікативної толерантності поліцейських набуває особливого значення в сучасних реаліях перезавантаження правоохоронних органів і впровадження нових стандартів професійної діяльності.The aspirations of the civil society are aimed at building the rule of law, establishing real democratic values of life, and understanding the importance of the focusing on a tolerance in various spheres of life. Creation the new police force as a service of the state requires to policemen to have a high moral and professional skills, strict discipline, teamwork skills, and to build the effective communications with а head office, colleagues and various categories of citizens. One of the most important professional qualities of a police officer is the general and communicative tolerance as the principle of the correctness and legality in the activity of the law enforcement system. The issue of the formation the communicative tolerance of police officers is a particular importance in the actual realities of a law enforcement rebooting and setting the new standards the professional activity.
