Abstract
Статтю присвячено аналізу правової ситуації, що склалася на території Кримського півострова в результаті окупації та анексії Криму Російською Федерацією. Особливу увагу акцентовано на питаннях фактичного поширення дії норм національного законодавства держави-окупанта на території півострова та відповідності такого поширення нормам міжнародного гуманітарного права. The article is devoted to the analysis of legal situation established on the territory of the Crimean peninsula as a result of the occupation and annexation of the Crimea by the Russian Federation. In particular, it elaborates on the de facto application of the national legislation of the occupying State in the territory of the peninsular as well as on the compliance of such an application with the rules of international humanitarian law.
