| dc.description.abstract | У статті висвітлюються основні методологічні положення щодо розуміння прав дитини. Автором акцентується увага на тому, що складовою частиною парадигми наукового пізнання прав людини є такі постулати: момент, з якого в дитини визнаються права; розуміння терміна «дитина». Наголошується на необхідності уніфікації юридичної термінології в цій сфері. The article elucidates the main methodological provisions for understanding the rights of the child. The author emphasizes the fact that the following paraphrases of scientific knowledge of human rights are the following postulates: the moment from which the child recognizes his/her rights; understanding the term “child”. The need to unify the legal terminology in this area is indicated. | |
