Abstract
У статті акцентовано увагу, що захист прав і свобод людини і громадянина є пріоритетним завданням будь-якої демократичної держави, який здійснюється органами державної влади під час реалізації їх правоохоронної, правозахисної та судової діяльності. Підкреслено, що комунікація в сучасному суспільстві виступає фундаментальною основою побудови та розвитку якісно нових правових відносин через комунікаційні канали взаємодії, які динамічно розвиваються. В умовах інформатизації суспільства правові відносини між правоохоронними, правозахисними та судовими органами характеризуються збільшенням різнорівневих інформаційних комунікацій. Зазначено, що динаміка інформаційного простору характеризується різноманітністю комунікаційних зв’язків, пов’язаних із запровадженням нових управлінських методів у контексті діяльності, наприклад, правоохоронних, правозахисних та судових органів. Наголошено, що, враховуючи європейські стандарти становлення демократичного суспільства, в нашій державі актуалізується пошук сучасних підходів розуміння правової комунікації між правоохоронними, правозахисними та судовими органами. The article emphasizes that human rights and freedoms protection is a priority of any democratic state, which is carried out by public authorities in implementation their law enforcement, human rights and judicial activity. It is emphasized that communication in modern society is a fundamental basis for the construction and development of qualitatively new legal relations through communication channels that are developing dynamically. The legal relations between law enforcement, human rights and judicial bodies are characterized by an increase in multilevel information communications. It is underlined that the dynamics of the information space is characterized by a variety of communication links which are associated with the introduction of new management methods in the context of activities, such as law enforcement, human rights and the judiciary. It is emphasized that according to the European standards of a democratic society formation in our country the search for modern approaches to understanding legal communication between law enforcement, human rights and judicial bodies is becoming more relevant.
