Abstract
У статті охарактеризовано провадження у справах про адміністративні правопорушення у сфері обігу лікарських засобів і виокремлено їх стадії та етапи. Серед стадій проваджень у справах про адміністративні правопорушення автором виокремлено такі: стадія адміністративного розслідування; стадія розгляду справи про адміністративне правопорушення у сфері обігу лікарських засобів; стадія перегляду постанови у справі про адміністративне правопорушення у сфері обігу лікарських засобів; стадія виконання постанови у справі про адміністративне правопорушення у сфері обігу лікарських засобів. The article describes the proceedings in cases of administrative violations in the field of drug circulation and outlines their stages and stages. Thus, the stages of proceedings in cases of administrative offenses are identified by the author as follows: the stage of administrative investigation; the stage of consideration of a case concerning an administrative offense in the field of medical treatment; the stage of reviewing the ruling in the case of an administrative offense in the field of medical treatment; the stage of execution of the ruling in the case of an administrative offense in the field of medical treatment.
