Abstract
У статті з’ясовано, що дослідження великого масиву матеріальних носіїв (насамперед, документів) під час розслідування значно ускладнює роботу слідчого (детектива), оскільки потребує комплексного застосування криміналістичних засобів та спеціальних економічних методів роботи із залученням спе- ціалістів різного профілю. З урахуванням вивчення кримінальних проваджень встановлено, що важливою формою застосування спеціальних знань у кримінальних провадженнях, розпочатих за фактом кримінальних правопорушень у сфері господарської діяльності, є залучення експерта та проведення експертизи. The article found that the study of a large array of material media (primarily, documents) during the investigation significantly complicates the work of the investigator (detective), as it requires the complex use of forensic tools and special economic methods of work with the involvement of specialists of various profiles. Taking into account the study of criminal proceedings, it was established that an important form of application of special knowledge in criminal proceedings initiated due to the fact of criminal offenses in the field of economic activity is the involvement of an expert and conducting an examination.
