Abstract
Статтю присвячено проблематиці залучення інформаційних технологій у процеси реалізації та захисту суб’єктивних цивільних прав. Визначено, що сучасний стан розвитку інформаційних технологій та їх широке використання в усіх сферах людського життя зумовлюють необхідність осмислення наукою цивільного права взаємного впливу інформаційних технологій та цивільних правовідносин. З’ясовано, що саме розуміється під інформаційними технологіями, яке функціональне навантаження покладається на них в цивільних правовідносинах. The article deals with the problem of involvement of information technologies in the processes of realization and protection of subjective civil rights. It is determined that the current state of development of information technologies and their widespread use in all spheres of human life necessitate the comprehension by science of civil law of the mutual influence of information technologies and civil egal relations. It is found out what exactly is meant by information technologies and what functional load is placed on them in civil relations.
