Abstract
В Україні існує законодавча заборона на розміщення бюджетних коштів (включаючи власні надходження бюджетних установ) на позабюджетних рахунках. Водночас певні суб’єкти наділені відповідним правом. Стаття присвячена дослідженню питань правового механізму забезпечення реалізації права уповноважених суб’єктів на розміщення публічних коштів на поточних та вкладних (депозитних) рахунках банків державного сектору. In Ukraine, it is required to legally protect the amount of budget changes (including ownership of existing budget facilities) for the latest needs. At the same time, certain subsidies are endowed with this right. The article is devoted to the study of legal issues developed in cases that are often used in the amount of public data on the current and invested (deposit) number of people who are in the sector. It has been updated that in Ukraine there is legislation (which achieves the formation of a generic concept), and not a legal one (generic concept), which is the concept of “public funds”.
