Abstract
У статті досліджуються питання негативного впливу атмосфери одностатевих шлюбів, відносин на розвиток неповнолітніх і вчинення щодо них або ними злочинів проти статевої недоторканності. З огляду на те, що певні складники багатовікової ідеології в Україні руйнуються, зазначимо, вона є вкрай важливим і необхідним соціальним інститутом громадянського суспільства, спрямованим на його еволюційний розвиток. Ідеологія будь-якого суспільства формує світогляд, цінності індивідів, впливаючи на їхній розвиток, трансформацію, поведінку на рівні окремо взятої людини, групи осіб, нації та народу. The article examines the negative impact of the atmosphere of same-sex marriages, relationships on the development of minors and the commission of crimes against them or them against sexual integrity. Given that certain components of centuries-old ideology in Ukraine are collapsing, it should be noted that it is an extremely important and necessary social institution of civil society, which is aimed at its evolutionary development. The ideology of any society shapes the worldview, values of individuals, influencing their development, transformation, behavior at the level of the individual, group of people, nation and people. The issue of attitude to same-sex relations and marriages is considered: in places of imprisonment, separate countries, religious denominations.
