Abstract
У статті розглянуто поняття, мета та завдання охоронних адміністративно-правових відносин та на цій підставі визначено та охарактеризовано особливості цих правовідносин у діяльності суду. The article deals with the concept, goals and objectives of security administrative legal relations and on this basis is defined and characterized the features of these relations in the operation of the court.
