Abstract
Висвітлено сутність поняття державних органів, зокрема їх призначення. На підставі норм чинного законодавства України узагальнено структурно-організаційні елементи державних органів виконавчої влади. Запропоновано здійснити типологізацію цих органів на прикладі Національної поліції України.Обозначена сущность понятия государственных органов, в частности их назначение. На основании норм действующего законодательства Украины обобщено структурно-организационные элементы государственных органов исполнительной власти. Предложено осуществить типологизацию этих органов на примере Национальной полиции Украины.Investigating the issue of state power, the author came to the conclusion that it has become a public carrier of ensuring the integrity of society and provides the coherence of its components. The state power of any country is carried out on the principle of «containment and countervailing», which over the long period proved the effectiveness of such coexistence. In particular, the executive branch of power, called with the help of administrative management, realize the orders of the legislative branch of power. Public administration is one of the types of practical activity of the functions of the state that realize the legislation of each country.
