Abstract
У статті проаналізовано положення міжнародних актів, які давали визначення терміну «дитина», встановлено підстави внесення змін до них стосовно підвищення «вікового цензу дитинства», по досягненні якого припинявся правовий захист особи як дитини. The provisions of international acts about defined the term “child” has been analyzed in the article. Is defined the grounds to the increase of the “age of childhood”, achievement that as which is reason of the termination legal protection the person as child.
