| dc.description.abstract | У статті узагальнено основні наукові підходи до розуміння категорії «страхування» та проаналізовано їхній вплив на визначення дефініції «страхування». Особлива увага приділена дослідженню ознак страхування як самостійної області фінансово-правових відносин, що базуються на економічних принципах. На основі аналізу поняття «страхування» як економічної та юридичної категорії автором запропоновано власне визначення терміна «страхування інноваційно-інвестиційної діяльності». Також під час наукового пошуку з метою подальшого вдосконалення механізмів правового регулювання з’ясовано правову сутність страхування інноваційно-інвестиційної діяльності. The main scientific approaches to understanding of insurance category are summed up and their influence on «insurance» definition is analyzed in this article. Much attention is paid to the investigation of insurance features as independent sphere of financial and legal relations based on economical principals. Using analysis of «insurance» concept as a basis for both economic and legal categories the author proposes her own definition of the term «insurance of investment and innovation activities». During scientific search with the aim of further improvement of legal regulation mechanisms the legal nature of insurance of investment and innovation activities has been found out. | |
