Abstract
У статті проаналізовано понятійний апарат у сфері оборони України та її обороноздатності. Визначено, що система обороноздатності держави в умовах динамічного та глобального безпекового середовища має не лише внутрішні, а й низку зовнішніх складових, ключовою з яких є міжнародні партнери та їх військова допомога. У статті здійснено огляд сутності поняття “озброєння”, “військово-економічні відносини”, здійснено конкретизацію понятійного апарату у сфері міжнародної допомоги і виявлено, що допомога міжнародних партнерів військовою технікою та озброєнням є одним із ключових факторів спроможності України боротися з російською агресією. Проаналізовано сутність понять “міжнародна технічна допомога”, “гуманітарна допомога”, “військова допомога”, визначено зв’язки між ними і можливість їх як окремого використання, так і поєднання в узагальнюючий термін “міжнародна безпекова допомога”. The article analyzes the conceptual apparatus in the field of defense of Ukraine and its defense capability. It was determined that the state's defense capability system in the dynamic and global security environment has not only internal, but also a number of external components, the key of which are international partners and their military assistance. The study formulated the essence of the concept of "armament", "military-economic relations", specified the conceptual apparatus in the field of international aid and found that the assistance of international partners with military equipment and weapons is one of the key factors in Ukraine's ability to fight against Russian aggression. The essence of the concepts "international technical assistance", "humanitarian assistance", "military assistance" was analyzed, the connections between them were determined and the possibility of their separate use and combination into the general term "international security assistance".
