Abstract
У статті досліджується адміністративно-правове забезпечення взаємодії органів прокуратури з іншими органами виконавчої влади в Україні. Розглядається використання принципу незалежності та його меж під час взаємодії органів прокуратури з іншими органами виконавчої влади. Визначено, що прокуратура при здійсненні своїх повноважень є незалежною від органів державної влади й місцевого самоврядування. Законодавством передбачено широкий перелік форм участі прокурорів в організаційних заходах органів публічної влади. Наголошено, що вплив у будь-якій формі на працівника прокуратури з метою перешкодити виконанню ним службових обов’язків або домогтися прийняття неправомірного рішення тягне за собою відповідальність. На підставі принципу незалежності визначаються адміністративно-правові засади порядку взаємодії органів прокуратури з іншими органами виконавчої влади. In this article the author examines the administrative and legal support for the interaction of the prosecution with other bodies of executive power in Ukraine. We consider the use of the principle of independence and its borders in the interaction of the prosecution with other bodies of executive power. Determined that the prosecutor in exercising his authority is independent from government and local authorities. The legislation provides a wide range of forms of participation of prosecutors in organizational activities of public authorities. It is noted that the impact of any form on a prosecutor in order to prevent the performance of his official duties or to achieve an unlawful decision entails responsibility. It defines the principle of independence of the administrative and legal basis of the order of interaction of the prosecution with other bodies of executive power.
