Abstract
Стаття присвячена аналізу сутності форм і методів діяльності органів виконавчої влади щодо запобігання насильству в сім’ї щодо дітей. Визначено певні недоліки правової регламентації та практичного застосування досліджених форм і методів, запропоновані шляхи їх усунення. The article is dedicated to analyze of the essence of the forms and methods of executive authorities for the prevention of domestic violence against children. The author identified some shortcomings of legal regulation and practical application of the studied forms and methods and ways to address them.
