| dc.description.abstract | У статті проаналізовано поняття та запропоновано класифікацію техніко-криміналістичних засобів, де головним критерієм для поділу визначено цільове призначенням – функцію, виконанню якої слугує конкретний засіб: забезпечення зв’язку та координації взаємодії; наукова організація та інформаційно-аналітичне забезпечення діяльності слідчого; дистанційне провадження слідчих (розшукових) дій; подолання перешкод; індивідуальний і колективний захист учасників слідчої (розшукової) дії; виявлення людей, тварин (їх частин), слідів і речових доказів, чинників природнього та техногенного походження, небезпечних для життя та здоров’я; створення належних умов для роботи з доказами; живлення електроприладів; наочно-образне фіксування; копіювання; введення і виведення інформації до комп’ютерних пристроїв; детекція; підрахунок; вимірювання; визначення окремих параметрів; відібрання зразків для експертного дослідження або інших цілей кримінального провадження; попереднє дослідження об’єктів, їх закріплення, упакування та вилучення; кримінальна реєстрація; фіксація правопорушників на місці події і попередження злочинних посягань; відслідковування та фіксація місцезнаходження різних об’єктів. The article analyzes the concept of technical and forensic tools and proposes their classification in which the main criterion established for the purposes of differentiation is the intended function implemented by means of a specific tool: ensuring communication and coordination of interaction; scientific organization as well as analytical and information support of the investigator’s activities; remote performance of investigative (search) actions; overcoming obstacles; individual and collective protection of participants in an investigative (search) action; identification of people, animals (their parts), traces and material evidence of factors of natural and technogenic origin that are dangerous to life and health; creation of appropriate conditions for working with evidence; power supply of electrical appliances; visual and descriptive documentation; copying; input and output of information in computer devices; detection; calculation; measurement; determination of individual parameters; collection of samples for expert examination or for other purposes of criminal proceedings; preliminary examination of objects, their fixation, packing, and withdrawal; criminal registration; registration of offenders at the scene and prevention of criminal offences; tracking and recording of the location of various objects. | |
