Автором досліджується питання класифікації міжнародних стандартів за різними критеріями з метою забезпечення більш ефективного, швидкого й правильного використання їх під час здійснення гармонізації національного законодавства у сфері захисту прав і свобод учасників кримінального провадження.The article is devoted to the analysis of international legal standards for ensuring the rights of participants in criminal proceedings, the definition of their legal nature and significance. The author examines the issues of classification of international standards by different criteria in order to ensure more efficient, rapid and correct application of them in the process of harmonization of national legislation in the field of protection of the rights and freedoms of participants in criminal proceedings.uk_UA
