Abstract
У статті здійснено спробу розглянути актуальні питання забезпечення прав і свобод внутрішньо переміщених осіб, досліджено досвід Республіки Грузія в контексті належного забезпечення прав і свобод внутрішньо переміщених осіб, що може виявитись корисним у вирішенні відповідних питань національного значення, запропоновано можливі шляхи укріплення правового статусу внутрішньо переміщених осіб в Україні. The article attempts to review the actual issues of ensuring the rights and freedoms of internally displaced persons, examines the experience of the Republic of Georgia in the context of proper provision of the rights and freedoms of internally displaced persons, which may prove useful in resolving relevant issues of national importance, suggests possible ways to strengthen the legal status of internally displaced persons in Ukraine.
