Abstract
Стаття присвячена визначенню змісту та суті виконання заробітною платою її основних функцій, зокрема, відтворювальної, регулюючої та стимулюючої, в умовах здійснення нормативно-правових реформ України в сфері оплати праці. Висвітлена низка проблем, пов’язаних із відірваністю законодавства даної сфери від реальних економічних і політичних умов. The present article is devoted to the definition of the content and essence of wage fulfillment of its main functions, in particular, reproductive, regulatory and stimulating, in the context of the implementation of Ukraine's normative and legal reforms in the field of remuneration. A number of problems related to the separation of the legislation of this sphere from real economic and political conditions are highlighted.
