Abstract
Статтю присвячено проблемі методології дослідження правового забезпечення відновлення земель. У статті підкреслюється, що в наукових працях дослідників порушеної проблеми спостерігається відсутність єдиної позиції щодо тлумачення сутності методології. Наведено різні позиції вчених щодо розкриття зазначеної категорії. Проаналізовано наведені точки зору з цього приводу. The article is devoted to the problem of methodology of research of legal provision of land restoration. The article emphasizes that in the scientific works of researchers of the problem there is a lack of a common position on the interpretation of the essence of the methodology. Different positions of scientists on the disclosure of this category are given. The above points of view in this regard are analyzed.
