Abstract
У статті автор розглядає основні форми використання спеціальних знань в інформаційному забезпеченні досудового розслідування. Вказується, що використання спеціальних знань як спеціаліста, так і судового експерта в інформаційному забезпеченні досудового розслідування надає можливість отримати дані, котрі можуть безапеляційно підтвердити факт відношення конкретної особи до конкретного кримінального правопорушення або доповнити вже наявне коло речових доказів. In the article the author considers the main forms of using special knowledge in the information support of pre-trial investigation. It is pointed out that the use of special knowledge of both specialists and forensic experts in the information support of pretrial investigation provides an opportunity to obtain data that can unequivocally confirm the fact of a particular person's involvement in a particular criminal offense or supplement existing evidence.
