Abstract
У статті досліджується руйнівний вплив збройного конфлікту на території України, які тимчасово знаходяться під окупацією та має безпрецедентний характер. У 2022 році в Україні введено воєнний стан, що мало вплив на діяльність суб’єктів господарювання. Для менеджменту багатьох підприємств реальністю стали кризові фактори, а саме: можливість окупації та власне сама окупація, фізичне знищення виробничих та операційних об’єктів, загрози ракетних обстрілів, дефіцит електроенергії, зміни у логістичних ланцюгах. Визначено, що ситуація на окупованих територіях України призводить до кризи неплатоспроможності та фізично унеможливлює продовження роботи та господарської діяльності цілого ряду суб’єктів та бізнесів. Бізнес і судова система перебувають все ще на стадії адаптації до умов воєнного стану. Загалом у певній мірі адаптувався до ситуації, той бізнес підприємства, якого перебувають або перебували на окупованих територіях. The article examines the devastating impact of the armed conflict on the territory of Ukraine, which is temporarily under occupation and has an unprecedented character. In 2022, martial law was introduced in Ukraine, which had an impact on the activities of business entities. For the management of many enterprises, crisis factors have become a reality, namely: the possibility of occupation and the actual occupation itself, physical destruction of production and operational facilities, threats of rocket fire, shortage of electricity, changes in logistics chains. It was determined that the situation in the occupied territories of Ukraine leads to a crisis of insolvency and physically makes it impossible to continue the work and economic activity of a number of subjects and businesses. Business and the judicial system are still at the stage of adaptation to the conditions of martial law.
