| dc.description.abstract | У науковій публікації здійснюється аналіз методології дослідження інституту митних режимів в Україні з метою визначення теоретико-методологічної основи для доктринального дослідження місця та ролі митних режимів у процесі здійснення митної справи та удосконалення адміністративно-правових засад їх регулювання. Зазначається, що від правильно обраного інструментарію дослідження залежать його ефективність і швидкість досягнення очікуваних результатів. Методологія публікації ґрунтується на комплексному поєднанні філософських (законів діалектики та метафізики), загальнонаукових (прийомів логічного методу, системного та структурно-функціонального методів, методів соціологічних досліджень і порівняння) і спеціально-юридичних методів дослідження (методу юридичної догматики як різновиду аксіоматичного методу, методології порівняльного правознавства, методу юридичного моделювання), принципів об’єктивності та історизму. The scientific publication is devoted to the research methodology of the Institute of Customs Regimes in Ukraine in order to determine the theoretical and methodological basis for doctrinal research of the place and role of customs regimes in the customs process and improve the administrative and legal framework for their regulation. It is noted that its effectiveness and speed of achieving the expected results depend on the correctly chosen research tools. The methodology of this publication is based on a complex combination of philosophical (laws of dialectics and metaphysics), general scientific (methods of logical method, system and structural-functional methods, methods of sociological research and comparison) and special legal research methods (method of legal dogmatics, comparative jurisprudence, the method of legal modeling, etc.), the principles of objectivity and historicism. | |
