Abstract
У статті аналізується юридична природа інституту вчинення дій в майнових інтересах іншої особи без її доручення. Особлива увага присвячена проблемам кваліфікації таких відносин в судовій практиці. Здійснено порівняння цих відносин з іншими суміжними. The article deals with the legal nature of the institute of the actions in the interests of another person property without their authorization. Special attention is devoted to the problems of qualification of such relations in judicial practice. It was made the comparison of these relationships with other adjacent ones.
