| dc.description.abstract | Основною темою статті є метод case-study, який широко використовується в наукових колах не лише для досліджень конкретних ситуацій, а й також для навчання персоналу. Пояснюється, чому метод конкретних ситуацій (case-study) є зручним способом навчання персоналу на підприємстві для виявлення талановитих співробітників, які часто беруть участь у процесі обговорення проблемних питань, говорять правильні думки і знаходять рішення з конкретних ситуацій швидше за інших. Для таких працівників можна створювати більш складні і заплутані кейси, на вирішення яких необхідно використовувати неоднозначні методи. In recent years, there has been an increase in the number of scientists working on business disciplines and management. This article discusses the problems and issues that scientists may face in these subjects. The main task of this article is to show the guide, thanks to which it will be able to save time for manager when working with employers. The main topic of discussion is the case-study method. This method is widely used in scientific circles, and not only for case studies, but also for staff training. The article explains why the case-study method is an excellent way to train staff at the company and identify talented employees. The results of the work of a group of trainees or individuals in the discussion and analysis of a case study give us important perspectives for assessing their various skills, such as leadership, analytical thinking, decision-making and communication.
