Abstract
Статтю присвячено дослідженню історико-правових засад розвитку законодавства з питань використання земельних ділянок для житлового будівництва. Автором здійснено періодизацію становлення та розвитку законодавства. The article is devoted to the study of the historical and legal basis for the development of legislation in the sphere of the usage of land plots for housing construction. The author suggested the periods of formation and development of legislation in the researched sphere and analyzed the content of the selected historical stages.
