Abstract
Дисертація є комплексним дослідженням, в якому здійснено цілісний філософсько-правовий аналіз і наукове осмислення взаємодії права та моралі в сучасному інформаційному суспільстві, виявлені зв’язки між розвитком інформаційного суспільства та тими викликами, що постають у морально-правовій сфері. У дисертації сформулювало ряд концептуальних положень, висновків і рекомендацій, що мають важливе теоретичне та практичне значення.The thesis is a complex study in which a cohesive philosophical and legal analysis and scientific understanding of the interaction of law and morality in the modern information society is carried out, the links between the development of the information society and those challenges that appear in the moral and legal sphere are revealed. In the dissertation a number of conceptual provisions, conclusions and recommendations, which have important theoretical and practical significance are formulated.
