| dc.description.abstract | У статті проаналізовано особливості внесення майнових прав інтелектуальної власності до статутного капіталу юридичної особи на стадії її створення, а також під час збільшення статутного капіталу. На етапі сучасного розвитку кожної країни, і України в т. ч., прослідковується тенденція до зростання значущості нематеріальних активів, в діяльності різних суб’єктів господарювання. В умовах розвиненої ринкової економіки інтелектуальна власність є цінним нематеріальним активом. The article is dedicated to the features of entering of intellectual property rights to the charter capital on the stage of registration of legal entity or in case of increasing of the charter capital. Intellectual property is the property that can be owned and dealt with. Intellectual property gives rise to rights and duties. It establishes property rights, which give the owner the right to do certain things in relation to the subject matter. Also, the owner has the negative right to prevent others from doing such things. | |
