Abstract
У статті представлені результати пілотажного дослідження особливостей зовнішньої і внутрішньої мотивації поліцейських Національної поліції України (n=25) зі стажем практичної діяльності від 2 до 14 років. Описано, які зовнішні і внутрішні мотиви спонукають респондентів до професійної діяльності. Найбільш вираженим параметром професійної мотивації респондентів є внутрішня мотивація, пов`язана із самоактуалізованістю особистості та її духовними цінностями.The article presents the results of the pilot study of external and internal peculiarities of policemen of the National Police of Ukraine (n=25) with practical experience activity from 2 to 14 years. The description of external and internal motivations encourages responders to professional activity. The most important parameter of professional motivation connected with self-actualization of the individual and his spiritual values.
