Abstract
У запропонованих методичних рекомендаціях розглянуто особливості тактики слідчого огляду в православному храмі. Подано правила опису окремих об’єктів православних храмів та церковної атрибутики. Розкрито особливості огляду і фіксації слідів зламу під час проведення огляду місця події та інших слідчих (розшукових) дій у православних храмах. Методичні рекомендації призначені для працівників органів та підрозділів Національної поліції України, Експертної служби МВС України, здобувачів вищої освіти, науково-педагогічних працівників закладів вищої освіти із специфічними умовами навчання. The proposed methodological recommendations consider the peculiarities of the tactics of an investigative inspection in an Orthodox church. The rules for describing certain objects of Orthodox churches and church paraphernalia are presented. The peculiarities of inspection and recording of burglary traces during the inspection of the scene and other investigative (search) actions in Orthodox churches are revealed. The methodological recommendations are intended for employees of the bodies and units of the National Police of Ukraine, the Expert Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, higher education students, research and teaching staff of higher education institutions with specific learning conditions.
