| dc.description.abstract | Дана стаття присвячена філософсько-правовим засадам реалізації прав людини у напрямі забезпечення національної безпеки України. У статті розглянуто понятійний апарат, сутність та особливості забезпечення прав людини у сфері національної безпеки України, а також розглядаються потенціальні можливості розвитку прав людини в Україні в процесі євроінтеграції країни. В статті виокремлено основні ключові філософсько-правові аспекти прав людини в контексті забезпечення національної безпеки під час війни. В тому, числі досліджено аспекти впливу пандемії коронавірусу Covid -19 на формування концепту національної безпеки України. Метою статті є визначення особливостей прав людини у напрямі забезпечення національної безпеки України . Для досягнення поставлених завдань було використано філософсько-правовий, історичний та порівняльно-правовий методи. В результаті було зроблено висновки щодо основних шляхів вдосконалення прав людини у напрямі забезпечення національної безпеки України. Так запропоновані рішення для ефективної реалізації прав людини прав людини у сфері забезпечення національної безпеки України. This article is devoted to the philosophical and legal principles of the implementation of human rights in the direction of ensuring the national security of Ukraine. The article examines the conceptual apparatus, essence and peculiarities of human rights provision in the sphere of national security of Ukraine, as well as the potential opportunities for the development of human rights in Ukraine in the process of the country's European integration. The article highlights the main key philosophical and legal aspects of human rights in the context of ensuring national security during wartime. Among them, aspects of the impact of the Covid-19 coronavirus pandemic on the formation of the national security concept of Ukraine were investigated. The purpose of the article is to determine the specifics of human rights in the direction of ensuring the national security of Ukraine. Philosophical-legal, historical and comparative-legal methods were used to achieve the set goals. As a result, conclusions were drawn regarding the main ways of improving human rights in the direction of ensuring the national security of Ukraine. Thus, the proposed solutions for the effective implementation of human rights in the sphere of ensuring the national security of Ukraine. | |
