dc.description.abstractУ методичних рекомендаціях розкрито правові засади обігу зброї, бойових припасів та вибухових речовин в Україні, роль та місце дозвільної системи МВС у забезпеченні адміністративно-правового режиму обігу зброї. Висвітлено та проаналізовано проведення відпрацювань органами Національної поліції та здійснення ними контролю за дотриманням правил у сфері дозвільної системи. Визначено компетенцію органів Національної поліції щодо притягнення порушників до відповідальності. The methodological recommendations reveal the legal principles of the circulation of weapons, ammunition and explosives in Ukraine, the role and place of the permit system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in ensuring the administrative and legal regime of the circulation of weapons. The conduct of exercises by the National Police and their control over compliance with the rules in the field of the permit system is highlighted and analyzed. The competence of the National Police bodies to bring violators to justice has been determined.uk_UA
