Abstract
Здійснено комплексний аналіз розвитку вітчизняної правової ідеології. Визначено взаємозв’язок правової ідеології з іншими правовими та соціальними системами. Розкрито вплив позитивного права на зміст правової ідеології. Охарактеризовано категорії порядку, справедливості та суспільної свідомості. Доведено, що одним із головних завдань правової ідеології на сучасному етапі є легітимація державної влади. Надано авторське бачення реформування на інституційному рівні ідеологічного механізму правової ідеології української правової системи, в основі якого – ідеологічна робота недержавних установ, суспільних об’єднань. The complex analysis of native legal ideology development is made in the article. Correlation of legal ideology and other legal and social systems is defined. The influence of positive law on the content of legal ideology and its transformation on social and political reality is revealed. The article characterizes categories of order, justice and social consciousness. Legitimization of state power is proposed to consider as one of the main tasks of modern legal ideology. The author gives his view on reformation of ideological mechanism of legal ideology of the Ukrainian legal system on the institutional level suggesting more ideological powers to non-governmental organizations, social associations.
