Abstract
У статті розглядається проблематика організаційно-правових засад охорони нематеріальної культурної спадщини у країнах Європейського Союзу Підходи, розроблені у ЄС передбачає обмін знаннями, створенню нормативно-правових рамок та реалізації практичних заходів для збереження нематеріальної спадщини, що має велике значення для збереження культурного розмаїття. The article examines the problems of the organizational and legal foundations of the protection of intangible cultural heritage in the countries of the European Union. The approaches developed in the EU provide for the exchange of knowledge, the creation of a regulatory framework and the implementation of practical measures for the preservation of intangible heritage, which is of great importance for the preservation of cultural diversity.
