Abstract
Стаття присвячена дослідженню права на працю і права на освіту в системі конституційних прав людини, їх співвідношення та взаємодії. Зроблено висновок, що здобуття необхідного рівня освіти є запорукою реалізації багатьох прав, зокрема права на працю. The article is devoted to the study of the right to work and the right to education in the system of constitutional human rights, their relationship and interaction. It is concluded that obtaining the necessary level of education is a guarantee of the realization of many rights, in particular the right to work.
