Abstract
У статті наголошено на тому, що пандемія та повномасштабне вторгнення Росії на територію України докорінно змінили ситуацію із частковим безробіттям, спричинивши його стрімкий розвиток, а отже і збільшення видатків на фінансування допомоги по частковому безробіттю. Або іншими словами, скорочення обсягів виробництва, а відповідно і кількості робочих годин працівників нині прямо пропорційне зростанню рівню часткового безробіття. The article emphasizes that the pandemic and the full-scale invasion of Russia into the territory of Ukraine fundamentally changed the situation with partial unemployment, causing its rapid development and, therefore, an increase in the costs of financing partial unemployment benefits. In other words, the reduction of production volumes and, accordingly, the number of employees’ working hours is now directly proportional to the increase in partial unemployment level.
