Abstract
Дана наукова праця присвячена дослідженню актуального питання про необхідність належної організації судової діяльності як запобіжника для темпоральних порушень прав учасників процесу. Проведено теоретичне з’ясування змісту такого правового явища при здійсненні судочинства, як юридична визначеність. Встановлено, що саме завдяки застосуванню правил даного принципу набувається зрозумілість та ясність обсягу прав та обов’язків кожного суб’єкта. This scholarly work is devoted to the research of the urgent issue of the need for proper organization of judicial activity as a safeguard for temporal violations of the rights of participants in the process. In this paper, a theoretical clarification of the content of such a legal phenomenon as the legal certainty in the implementation of justice is made. It is established that it is through the application of the rules of this principle that the scope and rights of each entity are understood and made clear, which in turn will enable them to plan their actions in accordance with the law and therefore to anticipate their consequences.
