Abstract
Мета статті полягає в обґрунтуванні принципово нового теоретико-методологічного підходу до розв’язання проблеми професійно-психологічного добору персоналу до Національної поліції України. Проаналізовано сучасний стан професіографії в поліції, визначено її основні методичні недоліки й технології здійснення професійного психологічного добору.The purpose of the article is to substantiate a fundamentally new theoretical and methodological approach to solve the problem of professional and psychological selection of personnel to the National Police of Ukraine. The current state of the profession in the police is analysis, its main methodological shortcomings and the technologies of professional psychological selection are determined.
