Abstract
From the perspective of law enforcement and other professions, covert visual surveillance can be an effective and necessary tool for performing tasks such as investigating crimes, fighting terrorism, and surveillance of suspicious individuals or groups. The relevance of covert visual surveillance depends on the context and situation. З позиції правоохоронних органів і представників інших професій приховане візуальне спостереження може бути дієвим і необхідним інструментом для виконання таких завдань, як розслідування злочинів, боротьба з тероризмом, нагляд за підозрілими особами або групами. Актуальність прихованого візуального спостереження залежить від контексту й ситуації.
