Abstract
Автор досліджує трансформацію форми державного правління в контексті сучасного конституційного процесу в Україні. Розкриває політичні процеси, які передували прийняттю Конституції України 1996 року, аналізує конституційну реформу 2004 року, її скасування Конституційним Судом України в 2010 році, повернення до положень Конституції 2004 року в 2014 році. Робить висновки про недоцільність повного перегляду положень Конституції України Конституційною Комісією, обґрунтовує необхідність внесення змін до окремих її розділів. The author studies the transformation of the form of government in the context of the current constitutional process in the Ukraine. The political processes that have been preceded the adoption of the Constitution of Ukraine in 1996 are revealed, the constitutional reform of the 2004 and its cancelation by the decision of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine in 2010 are analyzed, the process of the regress to the Constitution of 2004 in 2014 is researched. The scientist makes a conclusion on the unreasonableness of a full review of the provision of the Constitution of the Ukraine by the Constitutional Commission, proves the necessity of the amendment to the certain sections.
