Abstract
У статті досліджено правові позиції Верховного Суду стосовно визначення змісту стандарту доказування «поза розумним сумнівом» у кримінальному процесі. На підставі узагальнення практики Верховного Суду визначено критерії, якими характеризується вказаний стандарт доказування. In the article the legal positions of the Supreme Court in relation to the definition of the contents of the standard of proof “beyond reasonable doubt” in the criminal process is investigated. Based on the generalization of the Supreme Court practice, the criteria, which characterizes the specified standard of proof, is defined.
