It’s determined psychological bases of development of creativity of students-future specialists of the State Criminal-Executive Service of Ukraine. Quality, competitiveness of professional education is crucial for the successful development of Ukraine. A revolutionary change in technology, based on high level of intellectual resources and the associated geopolitical competition of the leading countries of the world are critical determinants not only of modern economics, and policy.
