    У статті розкрито проблеми та способи вдосконалення правового регулювання охорони і захисту виборчих прав громадян. Виборчі права громадян України аналізуються з точки зору застосування заходів, спрямованих на підвищення ефективності правозахисної діяльності судів загальної юрисдикції у сфері цих прав. Доводиться, що діяльність судів загальної юрисдикції потребує вдосконалення, основною метою якого є забезпечення єдності судової практики, тому що відсутність такої єдності помітна навіть на рівні Верховного Суду України. Автор звертає увагу на основні гарантії виборчих прав, строки формування комісій і строки прийому пропозицій за складом комісій, що мають бути встановлені виборчим законодавством. The article reveals the problems and ways to improve the legal regulation of protection and protection of voting rights of citizens. The voting rights of citizens of Ukraine are analyzed in terms of the application of measures aimed at improving the effectiveness of human rights activities of courts of general jurisdiction in the field of these rights. It turns out that the activity of courts of general jurisdiction needs to be improved, the main purpose of which is to ensure the unity of judicial practice, because the lack of such unity is noticeable even at the level of the Supreme Court of Ukraine.
