    У статті досліджується система норм про злочини терористичного характеру в Особливій частині Кримінального кодексу України. Такий аналіз є передумовою вибору норми в процесі правозастосування. У роботі запропоновано поглянути на таку норму, як асоціація норм, тобто система норм про різні склади одного і того ж злочину. The system of norms about terrorism in articles of the Special Part of the Criminal Code of Ukraine is analized. Such an analysis is a prerequisite for choosing a norm in the enforcement process. In the article it is proposed to look at such norms as the association of norms that is the system of norms about different compositions of the same crime.
