    У статті, на підставі аналізу законодавчих актів України, які регламентують сприяння громадян оперативним підрозділам Національної поліції України під час протидії кримінальним правопорушенням, та наукових поглядів фахівців в галузі оперативно-розшукової діяльності з даної проблематики, визначено прогалини та запропоновано напрями удосконалення правового регулювання у цій сфері. З’ясовано, що сучасний стан правового регулювання сприяння громадян оперативним підрозділам Національної поліції України під час протидії кримінальним правопорушенням є незадовільним. У першу чергу це стосується законодавчого регулювання цієї сфери. In the article, based on the analysis of the legislative acts of Ukraine regulating the assistance of citizens to the operational units of the National Police of Ukraine during the counteraction to criminal offenses, and the scientific views of specialists in the field of operational-search activities on this issue, gaps are identified and directions for improving legal regulation in this area are proposed. Тhas been found that the current state of legal regulation of the assistance of citizens to the operational units of the National Police of Ukraine during the counteraction to criminal offenses is unsatisfactory. First of all, it concerns the legislative regulation of this sphere.
