    У статті проаналізовано загальні питання безпекового сектора України й виділено зміст адміністративно-правового регулювання цієї галузі. Чітко аргументовано актуальність тематики цього дослідження та окреслено нині проведені дослідження питань сектора безпеки вченими-адміністративістами і науковцями інших галузей права. Також описано сучасний стан сектора безпеки України та виділено історію становлення безпекової галузі із зумовленими чинниками такого становлення й розвитку. The article analyzes the general issues of the security sector of Ukraine and highlights the content of administrative and legal regulation of this industry. The relevance of the topic of this study is clearly argued, and study has now been carried out on the security sector by administrative scientists and scientists from other branches of law. It also describes the current state of the security sector of Ukraine and highlights the history of the security industry, with the factors of such formation and development.
