    У статті надана характеристика учасників розгляду справи у господарському судочинстві. Автором проаналізовано різні критерії, за якими можливо класифікувати учасників справи, та визначено, що більш сприятливим є критерій залежності від правового інтересу до результатів вирішення справи. The article provides a description of the participants in the case in economic litigation. The author analyzes the various criteria by which it is possible to classify the parties to the case and determined that the criterion is more favorable depending on the legal interest in the outcome of the case.
