    Проаналізовано нормативні вимоги про вручення повістки про виклик підозрюваного, визначено порядок дій сторони обвинувачення і суду на виконання положень статті 297-5 Кримінального процесуального кодексу України. Визначено проблеми правозастосовної діяльності і нормативного регулювання порядку вручення процесуальних документів підозрюваному під час здійснення спеціального досудового розслідування та запропоновано способи їх вирішення. The normative requirements for the delivery of subpoena on summons of the suspect are analyzed, the procedure of actions of the prosecution party and the court for the implementation of the provisions of Article 297-5 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine is determined. The problems of law enforcement activity and regulatory regulation of the procedure of handing over procedural documents to the suspect during the special pre-trial investigation are determined and the ways of their solution are suggested.
