    У статті проаналізовано актуальні проблемні питання сьогодення у сфері охорони здоров’я, розкрито специфічні особливості стану забезпечення прав людини й громадянина на життя та здоров’я, показано сутність виникнення цих питань та висвітлено їх причини. Все це розглянуто через призму адміністративно-правового регулювання, яке діє в Україні у нинішній час. The article analyzes the topical problematic issues of our time in the field of health care, reveals the specific features of the state of ensuring the rights of man and citizen to life and health, shows the essence of these issues and reflects in detail their reasons. All this is considered through the prism of administrative and legal regulation that operates in Ukraine today.
